Situated in an Area of Outstanding Beauty in picturesque Suffolk, Holbecks House B&B offers elegant accommodation with a choice of guest bedrooms or an apartment. Less than a mile from the town of Hadleigh, the B&B offers a buffet breakfast each morning. Rooms at Holbecks are all decorated using pastel colours and are equipped with a feature fireplace and garden views. They all offer a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms consist of either an en suite or a private external bathroom. The apartment is also equipped with a feature fireplace and views of the garden. The lounge offers a rocking chair and a bookcase, and there is a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. The separate laundry room features a washing machine. The scenic Dedham Vale, made famous through John Constable’s paintings, is 9 miles south of the property. Within the heart of the Vale is Flatford Mill, a grade I listed 18th century mill and cottage, also very prominent in Constable's work. The closest rail station is in Ipswich, 10 miles east of the property.
