The chalet is spread over 249 m² on 2 floors. The upper floor comes with 2 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. The sauna is on the ground floor, together with a shower and a toilet. A third bedroom and a separate living room are also available on this level, as well as storage and laundry facilities. Ramseiden 800 is built in an energy-saving and environmentally-compatible manner, with wood from the surrounding forests and with no synthetic materials. The outer wooden frame is treated with tree oils, and all interior wooden parts, including the floors, are treated with beeswax. There is a garden and a natural fresh-water swimming pond in front of the house. In warmer weather, guests can enjoy hiking and cycling in the surrounding countryside. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. A double garage and an additional parking space are also available on site. The Ramseiden 800 chalet is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Saalfelden.
