Residence Sardegnasummer is 1.5 km outside of the town of Budoni and only 5 minutes' drive from Agrustos beach. Built in 2010, it features self-catering apartments with furnished patios. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. It also features a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. The patio has a table and chairs and a view of the garden. The Sardegnasummer Residence offers a laundry service and has a BBQ in its garden. The owner can accompany guests to Olbia or Alghero Airports on request. You will find plenty of shops, restaurants and clubs in Budoni. Free parking is provided and San Teodoro is 10 minutes' drive away. There is a go-carting circuit 1 km away.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 15 per person per set. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
