This characteristic stone house dates back to the 1400s. Set in the Tuscan countryside, near the Apennines, Podere Bramapane features a large garden and terrace overlooking woods and meadows. Rooms here are rustic and traditional with tiled floors and wrought iron beds. Each one has a private bathroom with shower and views of the green surroundings. A varied breakfast including homemade cakes, eggs and both sweet and savoury crepes is available every morning in the restaurant or out on the terrace. The restaurant with fireplace and wood-beamed ceilings is open again at dinner and offers Italian and Tuscan dishes. Don't forget to book a table here at least 24 hours in advance. B&B Podere Bramapane is 3 km south of Montelungo Superiore. Just off the A15 motorway, it provides free parking and is 10 minutes' drive from Pontremoli. Guests can go on mountain excursions to Passo dei due Santi next to the ski station of Zum Zeri .
