Accessed by a lift, the studios and apartments feature free WiFi access, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with hot plates, a microwave and an electric kettle. Guests can enjoy Appart'City’s buffet breakfast for an additional charge. The residence is a 7-minute drive from the A8 motorway and Nice Acropolis Convention Centre is a 5-minute walk away.

For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. Guests arriving outside of reception opening hours are kindly requested to notify the residence in advance. Reception opening times; Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 Sundays and public holidays: closed. Please note that the laundry service and also a laundry kit are available at an additional cost. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end of stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost.
