The Residence is situated in the heart of the Western Pyrenees, between France and Spain, in Font-Romeu, known as the sunniest resort in France. Situated just 450 metres from the centre of the town and 900 metres from the cable car, in a residential area, this self-catering complex is made up of five 2-storey buildings. The residence features studios and 2 and 4-room apartments that are spacious and comfortable and provide a functional living space for the duration of your stay. All apartments are equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, oven, electric hotplate and dishwasher). All year guests will enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (heated and partially covered) and they can take advantage of the numerous mountain activities available in the area. Guests can also profit from the free mini-bus service to the nearby cable car during the winter season.

Please note that the reception is closed on Wednesday. If you plan on arriving after 19:00 or on a Wednesday, please notify the property in advance. WiFi is available in the apartment and costs EUR 5 per day or EUR 20 per week. Bed linen is provided. Towels are available to rent for an additional fee of EUR 7 per set. Please note that guests can purchase an optional weekly cleaning service with prices from EUR 58 to EUR 75, depending on the size of the accommodation. Pets are allowed for a EUR 10 extra charge per night or EUR 50 per week.
