This residence is situated on the sandy stretch of beach, Plage Valentin, and just 1.5km from le Croisic and from the centre of Batz sur Mer. Residence Valentin Plage offers studio apartments for 2 to 4 people. All of the apartments are fully-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate). The residence also features an outdoor heated swimming pool, a launderette (with charge) and a free outdoor car park. It also has all the leisure activities of a seaside resort such as a sailing school, windsurfing, cruises and fishing.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
